Our mission
Indore's colleges produce a large number of pharmacy, science, nursing and AYUSH graduates who are well suited to medical coding but often lack clear, honest guidance on how to enter it. We exist to give them rigorous training, accurate information about jobs and pay, and a realistic path into the profession.
Our approach
- Teach the reasoning behind every code, using official guidelines and CMS policy
- Practise on realistic de-identified charts from the first weeks
- Review learners' work in writing, the way an auditor would
- Build compliance, HIPAA and ethics into every module
- Be transparent about fees, timelines and outcomes
Our trainers
Training is delivered by credentialed medical coding professionals with long experience in US healthcare coding, auditing and clinical documentation across professional, outpatient, inpatient and risk adjustment work.
Independence
We are an independent institute with no affiliation to AAPC, AHIMA, the AMA or CMS. We never charge placement fees and never promise guaranteed jobs or salaries.
